3D/4D OB Ultrasound

Important Info for 3D/4D  Ultrasounds:  The optimal time for 3D/4D scans is 27 to 32 weeks of pregnancy.  It is difficult to get good images if the baby is older.  Sometimes the baby is camera shy and his or her face is in a position or facing a direction that makes getting an image of their face difficult.  In this case, we will try to image another part of the body (arms, hands, feet, legs, etc.)

Please start drinking 32 ounces of water 1 hour prior to exam and finish by exam time.

* The 3D/4D OB Ultrasound is for keepsake purposes only and does not replace the 2D detailed OB & maternal evaluation exam that is also offered at YCAIC.
